About the Role
Manage and coordinate finance-related operational and administrative activities supporting the Accounting and Finance function.
Centralize key processes to improve efficiency, consistency, controls, and business continuity.
Work with Accounting, Operations, and external stakeholders on day-to-day financial administration.
Corporate Credit Card Management
- Coordinate administration of all corporate credit cards.
- Monitor card issuance, cancellation, and employee compliance with company policies.
- Collect supporting documentation and ensure timely expense submission.
- Prepare payment requests and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions.
Travel and Entertainment Administration
- Review and coordinate employee travel and entertainment expense submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows.
- Follow up with employees on missing documentation or discrepancies.
- Support reporting and analysis of travel and entertainment expenses.
