Parfums de Marly is seeking a dedicated Photo Retoucher to join its creative team in Dubai.
The role delivers refined, elegant, and high-end retouching across digital content, print, social media, CRM, e-commerce, and international campaign visuals.
The successful candidate combines technical excellence with luxury aesthetic sensibility, precision, flexibility, and consistency.
Retouching and Image Production
- Retouch brand visuals across digital, print, social media, CRM, e-commerce, and campaign assets.
- Enhance product shots, campaign imagery, textures, reflections, and details while preserving a premium and natural finish.
- Ensure flawless execution and high-end visual quality across every deliverable.
Global Image Consistency
- Maintain consistency and harmony across all brand imagery.
- Align imagery with artistic direction, brand identity, color grading, lighting, and luxury standards.
- Ensure visual coherence between campaigns, platforms, and worldwide communication channels.
Creative Contribution
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to elevate final visual rendering.
- Suggest improvements in retouching techniques, image quality, and overall aesthetics.
- Apply strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail to enhance the brand image.
Profile and Competencies
- 6–8 years of experience in high-end photo retouching, ideally in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion.
- Expertise in Photoshop and advanced retouching techniques, with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools and generative AI workflows.
- Experience retouching campaigns, product imagery, digital assets, and global brand content.
- Strong understanding of luxury visual codes, image consistency, precision, and quality execution.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; digital and website content production experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Motion design or 3D rendering proficiency is advantageous.

- The role is based in Dubai.
