A multinational company is looking for Senior Traffic Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete workflow of the Creative Studio, ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing and resource planning through to final delivery.
The role plays a central part in maintaining structure, visibility, and operational efficiency across all studio activities.
Acting as the link between creative and operational teams, the role manages project scheduling, workload distribution, resource allocation, and workflow tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
The Senior Traffic Manager ensures teams are effectively utilised while supporting the smooth delivery of campaigns, creative content, design, and video projects.
The role is also responsible for maintaining strong operational processes, improving workflow efficiency, identifying potential risks or bottlenecks, and ensuring clear coordination across teams as the studio continues to grow and evolve.
Workflow & Studio Operations
- Manage the complete workflow of studio projects from brief intake through to final delivery and project closure.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, timelines, and resource allocation across all studio activities using workflow management tools.
- Ensure all project briefs meet required standards before entering the creative workflow.
- Coordinate smooth handovers between stakeholder management, creative, production, and asset management teams while maintaining clear accountability throughout the process.
Resource Planning & Scheduling
- Oversee studio scheduling and resource allocation across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor team capacity and proactively identify potential workload conflicts or delivery risks.
- Collaborate with creative leadership to align project requirements with the most suitable creative resources.
- Plan effectively for campaign launches, peak workloads, and multiple concurrent projects to maintain operational efficiency.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure studio processes, approvals, quality control, and delivery standards are consistently followed across all projects.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and training of team members on studio tools, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Track studio performance metrics including turnaround times, project delivery, and service level adherence.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the main operational point of contact for project scheduling, delivery timelines, and studio capacity planning.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and potential delivery risks.
- Escalate resource challenges, workflow issues, or project delays to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Tools & Platform Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of studio workflow and project tracking platforms.
- Ensure quality control and approval workflows are properly managed and documented.
- Support the integration and maintenance of digital asset management systems to ensure final assets are organized and easily accessible.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop the studio traffic and operations team, ensuring strong operational structure and scalability.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development support.
- Build operational capability within the team by promoting accountability, ownership, and process understanding.
- Maintain operational stability and workflow efficiency during periods of high workload or organizational change.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in traffic management, studio operations, or creative project management within an in-house creative studio or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing high-volume creative workflows across design, video production, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong experience using project management and workflow tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
