Job Purpose

  • To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of the functioning of the customer service desk.

Key Tasks

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Customer Service Desk.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and Dubai attractions.
  • Respond to inquiries and handle telephone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Prepare and reconcile shift cash transactions.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Perform meet and greet duties for events.
  • Promote and upsell products and services.
  • Manage value added services.
  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Assist in updating promotions and events.
  • Coordinate with team leader for mall directories.

Additional Duties

  • Direct media inquiries appropriately.
  • Report equipment malfunctions.
  • Monitor mall common areas.
  • Ensure brochure racks are stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the desk.
