Role Overview
Senior Technical Support role supporting the new-equipment sales process and major projects for Otis Saudi Arabia.
The role gathers technical and commercial information for tenders and performs duties under business policies and procedures.
The position is based at the Otis Saudi Arabia location in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and coordinate collection of documents for client submission.
- Prepare compliance documents, RFIs, ELOG records, quotations, prequalification submissions, and material submittals.
- Support costing and estimation for new-equipment sales opportunities.
- Prepare contract forms, obtain booking approval, and support booking documentation.
- Create CRM and ELOG records for new inquiries and update flash and booking forecasts.
- Provide additional work-related support required by the Major Projects sales manager.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial tender data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, or an equivalent field.
- At least three years of relevant sales operations experience in a construction or engineering organization.
