Role Overview
Lead and manage the Estimation and Engineering functions for New Equipment projects.
Ensure accurate, competitive, and technically compliant proposals while supporting business growth, profitability, and project awards.
Estimation and Tendering
- Lead the preparation and review of quotations, tenders, and cost estimates.
- Ensure competitive pricing, accurate costing, and risk assessment.
- Support Sales with technical and commercial proposals.
- Drive tender quality, consistency, and process improvement.
Engineering Management
- Manage engineering activities from tender stage through project execution.
- Review and approve technical submissions and design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with factories, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Team Leadership and Business Support
- Lead, coach, and develop the Estimation and Engineering teams.
- Manage resource planning and team performance.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to secure project wins.
