Senior Technical Program Manager role based in Canada, focused on using intelligent automation to create measurable business value at scale.
The role leads initiatives across opportunity identification, discovery, implementation, optimization, and measurement.
Success includes improved efficiency, fewer errors and cycle times, stronger compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities based on operational and financial impact.
- Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable automation opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of automation initiatives, balancing quick wins with longer-term transformation programs.
- Establish a self-service intake process and evaluate opportunities using effort, risk, ROI, compliance, feasibility, and business value.
- Work with internal developers and external providers to design, build, implement, and optimize automation solutions.
- Ensure automation and AI-supported solutions are scalable, secure, operationally ready, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, data, security, product, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Manage vendor selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and collaboration.
