Role Overview

Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.

The role covers database schema and data-model design, stored-procedure development, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting for mission-critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Develop and maintain PostgreSQL database objects, functions, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Design efficient database schemas and data models aligned with application needs.
  • Optimize SQL performance and support data migration, transformation, and integration initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production database issues and lead root-cause analysis to resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance while maintaining documentation and participating in design reviews.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Solid PostgreSQL development experience, including functions and stored procedures.
  • Query optimization, performance tuning, and SQL performance analysis experience.
  • Enterprise database design and data modelling experience.
  • Production database troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience.
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in database development, optimization, and support.
  • Proven delivery and support experience with database solutions for mission-critical enterprise systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with application developers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with clear communication and documentation habits.
