IT Project Manager (Vendor & SaaS Delivery)

Location

• The role is based at a client site in Dubai, UAE.
• The successful candidate must be available onsite in Dubai.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary is AED 14,000 to AED 17,000 per month.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and enhancements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Own vendor and SaaS relationships, including RFPs, contracts, implementation, and partner coordination.
• Own business cases, budgets, ROI modelling, and CapEx/OpEx classification.
• Present to C-suite stakeholders and translate between technical teams and business sponsors.
• Drive quality, testing, UAT, system readiness, governance, and on-time releases.
• Produce weekly status reports, project reports, and steering-group presentations.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change across business, IT, and third-party streams.

Required Technical Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Proven delivery of complex projects with internal business, IT, and third-party SaaS OEM or SI partners.
• Experience with RFP, RFQ, RFI, contracts, agreements, and statements of work.
• Experience with end-to-end business cases, ROI modelling, and CapEx/OpEx classification.
• Prior hands-on SDLC experience as a Software Engineer or Developer earlier in the career.
• Strong command of project charters, stakeholder matrices, risk and issue management, and reporting.

• Strong end-to-end process understanding of project execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with credibility among C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to write constructive, decision-ready reports for senior audiences.
• Ability to manage teams and competing priorities and work onsite in Dubai.
