Role Overview

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is AED 15,000–17,000 per month.
• Benefits include a work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, and paid time off.

Experience and Candidate Profile

• The role requires 5–8 years of project or technical programme management experience.
• Experience should include innovation, R&D, or emerging-technology portfolios rather than only business-as-usual delivery.
• The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and fast kill-or-scale decisions based on defined success criteria.
• Strong communication is required for executive briefings, demonstrations, and decision-ready reporting.

POC Delivery Responsibilities

• Own intake, qualification, and prioritization of POC requests across business and IT.
• Run sprint cadences with architecture and engineering teams.
• Coordinate vendors and partners on scope, commercials, access, and deliverables.
• Prepare stakeholder demonstrations and quarterly reviews with go-or-no-go recommendations.
• Manage business-case and stage-gate transitions into funded implementation with clean handover to delivery teams.

Governance and Reporting

• Track fund utilization and report throughput, graduation rate, and cost per POC.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision records, dependencies, and delivery reporting.

Required Technical Skills

• Agile/Scrum delivery management for short-cycle experimental work with changing scope.
• Stakeholder management across business and IT, including executive demonstrations and reviews.
• Vendor and partner coordination covering scoping, onboarding, commercials, and performance.
• POC-to-production handover through a stage-gate or formal business-case process.
• Governance and reporting, including budget tracking, KPI dashboards, and quarterly reporting.
• Exposure to AI/ML or emerging-technology programmes sufficient to challenge scope, feasibility, and vendor claims.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• A degree in a technical discipline is noted in the candidate profile.
