  • We are seeking for a Senior Sales Representative (Security and fire systems), for our Solution business who plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling integrated security and fire alarm system solutions.
  • You will develop the Senior partners and represent the complete portfolio with focus on Senior safety.
  • The Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling multiple opportunities across KSA.
  • You will be responsible for sales of the assigned region and achieve the targets by closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
  • You join a dynamic and diverse team and can count on the support of the entire team.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the sales performance of your area for indicated product lines.
  • Generate profitable sales and engage with clients in a consultative selling approach to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions in Security and fire alarm systems and provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
  • Develop and implement new and unique strategies for Siemens SI B Systems.
  • Promote Siemens products and solutions to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end users across various industries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to cross sell solutions and strengthen the Siemens brand.
  • Coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with Back Office and support functions to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and establish strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Identify and influence early stage projects by connecting with consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Establish relationships with key end users in private, government, and semi government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages.
  • Acts as a Senior Sales Specialist. Acquires/develops new customer accounts.
