About the Role
Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks an ambitious Emirati Junior Business Developer for a launchpad role in B2B sales, digital marketing, and channel development. You will support low-voltage channel partner network growth, market analysis, and digital sales enablement.

- Build foundational market knowledge of Siemens Low Voltage and Control Products portfolio
- Gather and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Support relationship building with customers, contractors, consultants, and distributors
- Assist in rollout of new products, solutions, and business models
- Contribute to regional digital sales business plan development
- Coordinate with distributors on web shop development and data quality
- Support visibility of Siemens products on e commerce platforms
- Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys
- Assist in strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Emirati national
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Exposure to digital marketing or sales tools is an advantage

Your Role
- Support growth of Siemens' low voltage channel partner network.
- Build foundational market knowledge of Low Voltage and Control Products portfolio.

- Assist in rollout of new products, solutions, and business models.
- Contribute to development of regional digital sales business plan.
- Coordinate with distributors on web shop development and data quality.
- Support visibility of Siemens products on e commerce platforms.
- Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Emirati national.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging technical and business audiences.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills.
- Exposure to digital marketing, e commerce platforms, or sales tools is an advantage.
