- Define and maintain Requirement Management structures, including hierarchies, attributes, and classifications.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain the Requirement Management Plan and associated processes.
- Identify and consolidate requirement sources and integrate them into Requirement Management tools.
- Establish and maintain requirements database, functional specifications, and system requirement documentation using DOORS.
- Ensure continuous traceability, integrity, and lifecycle management of all requirements.
- Manage requirement baselines and maintain associated documentation.
- Support system engineering activities related to specification, decomposition, and allocation of requirements.
- Coordinate with requirement owners, engineering leads, and project stakeholders.
- Support integration activities with RAMS, system architecture, and interface management functions.
- Define and manage verification methods and develop verification documentation and compliance reports.
- Monitor and report requirement status, completeness, and compliance.
- Track requirement related risks, issues, and deviations and support their resolution.

- Proficiency with DOORS or similar requirement management tools

Role Overview

- Monitor and report requirement status, completeness, and compliance with project and process requirements.
- Track requirement related risks, issues, and deviations and support their resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in requirement management and system engineering.
- Proficiency with DOORS or similar requirement management tools.
- Knowledge of requirement traceability and lifecycle management.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering leads and stakeholders.
