Role Overview

  • Manage strategic laboratory accounts and drive business growth within the diagnostics market in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers including hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for diagnostic instruments and reagents.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence within assigned territories.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documentation, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize long term customer value.
  • Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, logistics, and customer support teams.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and provide diagnostic solutions.
  • Monitor customer reagent consumption and instrument utilization to support business growth.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
