Role Overview
- Manage strategic laboratory accounts and drive business growth within the diagnostics market in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Role
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers including hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for diagnostic instruments and reagents.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence within assigned territories.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documentation, and contract negotiations.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize long term customer value.
- Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and provide diagnostic solutions.
- Monitor customer reagent consumption and instrument utilization to support business growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
