Role Overview

  • The Middle East is experiencing one of the largest infrastructure booms in the world from mega data centers and giga projects to the energy transition reshaping entire economies.
  • We are looking for a Growth Leader to capture this momentum and take our Electrical Products and Busbar Systems project business to the next level.

Your Role

  • You will lead and accelerate the profitable growth of the Electrical Products (EP) and Busbar Systems project business across the Middle East.
  • You will own the regional project sales strategy, drive strategic project acquisition, expand market share, and position Siemens as the preferred technology partner for mission critical infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute the regional project sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive order intake, revenue growth, and profitability across assigned markets.
  • Identify new infrastructure and industrial projects at an early stage and build relevant market intelligence.
  • Expand market share and strengthen Siemens' competitive positioning in the LV portfolio.
  • Lead regional project sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets.
  • Establish a high performance culture focused on customer success and execution excellence.
  • Represent the organization in executive meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue major project opportunities across the Middle East.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, and end users.
  • Influence project specifications and secure preferred vendor positioning.

Partner Ecosystem & Enablement

  • Improve partners' project hit rates through proactive engagement and support.
  • Train partners and customers while supporting project specifications and solution configuration.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact across all project phases, ensuring fast and flexible responses on the Electrical Products portfolio and power distribution systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
