Responsibilities
- Develop and grow fertilizer sales across Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and distributor network
- Manage relationships with distributors, traders, dealers, and key accounts
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans
- Travel across GCC countries as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in fertilizer sales or agricultural inputs
- Proven experience handling Saudi Arabia and GCC markets
- Strong network within the fertilizer industry, including distributors and major customers
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC

Job Overview
