About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance and risk management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide legal advice to senior leadership on commercial, operational and regulatory matters
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic contracts
- Oversee litigation, disputes, arbitration matters and external legal counsel
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies
- Manage intellectual property matters and safeguard organizational interests
- Support business growth through practical and commercially focused legal solutions
- Lead and develop a regional legal team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 10+ years of corporate legal experience within large multinational organizations
- Strong exposure to corporate governance, compliance, contracts and dispute resolution
- Experience managing legal matters across multiple countries
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
- Previous experience leading legal teams at Head of Legal, Legal Director, or similar level preferred

Role Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED 45,000.00 AED 50,000.00 per month
