- Proven track record managing projects valued at AED 3–5 billion or above
- Extensive experience in luxury villa developments, high rise residential towers (30+ floors), mixed use developments, and infrastructure
- Strong UAE/GCC project experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic language

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the successful delivery of large scale construction projects valued at approximately AED 5 billion.
- The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience managing luxury villa developments, high rise residential/commercial towers, and mixed use projects within the UAE or GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from mobilization through handover.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies.
- Direct project teams including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and support functions.
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction activities.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Manage resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Control project budgets exceeding AED 5 billion.
- Monitor cash flow, cost reports, and project profitability.
- Review variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Experience
- Minimum 20+ years of construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions (Project Director / Operations Director).
- Proven track record managing projects valued at AED 3–5 billion or above.
- Extensive experience in: Luxury Villa Developments, High Rise Residential Towers (30+ floors), Mixed Use Developments, Infrastructure and External Works.
- Strong UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
Pay
- AED 60,000.00 AED 80,000.00 per month
