- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company's Glass & Aluminium products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE Glass & Aluminium industry/ Fit out/Contracting.
- Strong understanding of Glass & Aluminium products, façade systems, windows, doors, partitions, curtain walls, or related building solutions.
- Established network within the UAE construction industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Job Overview
