Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from mobilization through handover
- Develop and implement project execution strategies
- Direct project teams including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and support functions
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction activities
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion
- Manage resource allocation and workforce planning
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Control project budgets exceeding AED 5 billion
- Monitor cash flow, cost reports, and project profitability
- Review variation orders, claims, and contractual matters
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Minimum 20+ years of construction experience
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions (Project Director / Operations Director)
- Proven track record managing projects valued at AED 3–5 billion or above
- Extensive experience in luxury villa developments, high rise residential towers (30+ floors), mixed use developments, infrastructure and external works
- Strong UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory
- Experience in high value projects including mixed use development: 10 years (Required)
- Project Director or Projects Manager: 3 years (Required)
- Any of India languages (Required)

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large scale construction projects valued at approximately AED 5 billion. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience managing luxury villa developments, high rise residential/commercial towers, and mixed use
