- Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements.
- Lead corporate HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive a proactive safety culture across multiple projects and business units.
- Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HSE teams across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall HSE performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent)
- 15–20+ years of total HSE experience
- Minimum 10 years in senior managerial or leadership HSE roles
- Strong experience within the Oil & Gas / EPC Construction industry
- NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma (Mandatory)
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and international HSE best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing HSE teams across multiple projects

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate HSE Manager to lead and oversee the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems across multiple projects within the Oil & Gas / EPC Construction sector.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in corporate HSE management, a strong understanding of international HSE standards, and a proven ability to develop and drive a positive safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Pay
- Pay: AED25,000.00 AED30,000.00 per month
