Role Overview
Manage the contractual and financial aspects of fit-out construction projects.
Ensure projects remain within projected budgets while supporting procurement, reporting, and financial control.
Cost and Financial Management
- Manage project budgets and implement cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and progress evaluations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze alternatives to minimize costs without compromising quality.
Contracts and Risk
- Administer contract terms, variations, claims, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Identify financial risks and advise on contractual claims and disputes.
- Maintain accurate cost and contract records.
Suppliers and Procurement
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and monitor supplier performance.
- Support procurement processes and supplier evaluation.
