The employer is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Location
- The position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements and Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator in construction or MEP contracting.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, clash detection, and multidisciplinary MEP coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.
- Experience preparing and managing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and BIM deliverables.
- Understanding of UAE construction standards, BIM processes, and MEP installation practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE or GCC project experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate joining availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP BIM models and design information.
- Perform 3D modeling and clash detection using BIM coordination tools.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and BIM deliverables.
- Apply BIM processes and MEP installation practices to construction coordination.
- Resolve coordination and modeling issues through structured problem-solving.
