Responsibilities
- Lead high impact strategic initiatives from concept through execution across multiple business units
- Act as a strategic partner to the Chairman's Office, helping translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Conduct strategic assessments, market research, competitor analysis, and business performance reviews to support executive decision making
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive level presentations for senior leadership
- Drive business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, and digital initiatives across the organization
- Support long term strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and key business risks
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, marketing, technology, and corporate functions to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews while providing clear visibility on project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor strategic initiatives against KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and organizational performance targets
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience within Corporate Strategy, Strategic Projects, PMO, Chief of Staff, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting environments
- Proven experience working directly with C suite executives, Executive Committees, Chairmen, CEOs, or senior leadership teams
- Background gained within top tier consulting firms, corporate strategy teams, investment groups, technology businesses, diversified conglomerates, private equity backed organizations, or high growth enterprises
- Demonstrated track record leading cross functional strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, operating model improvements, digital transformation projects, PMO functions, or business performance improvement initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop business cases, executive presentations, strategic recommendations, market assessments, and performance reviews
- Experience operating in environments where priorities shift quickly, requiring ability to manage ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution at pace
