- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or fintech is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of building and growing B2B partnerships
- Excellent relationship building and presentation skills
- Self motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline

Overview
- We're partnering with a fast growing technology business that's looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic relationships with real estate agencies across Dubai.
- This is a commercial, client facing role where you'll be responsible for winning new agency partners, growing existing accounts, and driving adoption of an innovative property technology solution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and develop partnerships with leading real estate agencies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed agreements
- Grow and strengthen existing partner relationships

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience within real estate, proptech, or fintech is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of building and growing B2B partnerships

- Self motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Compensation
- Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 + Comms
