- Ensure compliance with credit policies and strengthen internal controls
- Manage complex customer accounts, disputes, and legal recovery where required
Requirements
- 5–7 years' experience in Credit Control/Receivables Management
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (professional qualification is an advantage)
