Role overview
Senior Product Designer joining the founding design team for an AI-powered video storytelling platform.
The role has end-to-end ownership of product design and significant influence over product direction and user experience.
The position works closely with founders, engineers, growth teams, and external creative talent.
Accountabilities
- Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI, interactions, and design systems.
- Advocate for users and influence product decisions using strong product thinking.
- Partner with founders, engineering, and growth teams on product strategy and experiences.
- Build and evolve a cohesive product design system.
- Identify user-journey friction and simplify creative workflows.
- Create polished experiences with high visual and interaction quality.
- Raise the team’s creative and design quality bar.
- Explore emerging AI and creative technologies for product opportunities.
- Work with external creative talent when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product design experience and a portfolio showing shipped digital products.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills with strong UX and product design principles.
