Role Overview
Manage procurement activities for fit-out projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials and services.
Ensure procurement activities comply with project requirements, specifications, budgets, company policies, and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for project materials and equipment with project teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate procurement terms.
- Assist in defining technical specifications for materials and equipment.
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and budget constraints.
- Analyze costs, prepare budgets, and estimate material expenses.
- Ensure procured materials and equipment meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audits and project reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries through supply chain coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for fit-out projects.
- Assess technical requirements and assist with tender documents and requests for quotation.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate prices, and review contracts and purchase orders.
