Canva is hiring a Senior Print Operations Manager for its APAC print operations team.
The role owns print partner and supplier performance, launch readiness, process improvement, and regional operational growth.
The position works across Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners.

Core responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of APAC print partners and suppliers, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
- Lead partner readiness for regional product launches.
- Drive onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities.
- Improve operational processes, partner performance, and print-network scalability.
- Manage external relationships and operational escalations.
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive resolution plans.
- Contribute to regional planning and strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead projects independently from concept through execution.
Candidate profile
- Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience owning a portfolio, programme, business area, partner network, or operational function autonomously.
- Strong experience managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
- Experience scaling partner or supplier networks across markets is advantageous.
- Strong independent initiative, commercial judgement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Canva Print helps customers bring designs to life through products such as business cards, flyers, signage, and merchandise.
The Print Operations team works with the partner network and internal teams to deliver physical products with quality, speed, reliability, and care.
The team is building operational foundations for new product launches, partner performance, and customer experiences across APAC.
