Job Purpose

  • The Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications for residential development is responsible for the conception, planning, and delivery of initiatives which will support the destination’s marketing and sales efforts across the portfolio of Red Sea Global (Red Sea Residences) developments.
  • The role is key to our ROI driven event and campaign management.
  • Working closely with other senior members of the marketing team on strategic planning, implementation, and execution of the marketing and communications story.
  • Specifically, the Senior Manager will develop and implement marketing activities in line with individual development and asset marketing plans.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic role with tactical oversight, helping to shape and execute the marketing program.
  • The role will encompass all areas of the marketing funnel; focused on helping to deliver brand awareness, enhancing RSG’s profile and through to driving leads for the residential sales team.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will also be responsible for working with 3rd parties to ensure maximum amplification of messaging.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the regional and global real estate market.
  • Campaigns include, web, paid social, traditional trade print advertising, content/film, brochures, PR and eDM’s.
  • Understand the overall business and marketing strategy to inform the development and evolution of the residential development marketing plans/activities.
  • Leading asset specific content strategy across relevant channels.
  • Managing the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve the maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing procurement process including costs allocated to agencies and ensure spend levels are maintained within corporate guidelines.
  • Work closely with operator partners and agencies to manage the conception and production of jointly branded sales collaterals and content.
  • Working with the sales team, manage and implement events, roundtables, and campaigns to promote and publish business content.
  • Continually develop positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing activity with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • In collaboration with the delivery team, develop asset specific brand centric content and sales collaterals.
  • Drive the content development for the Red Sea Residences website and ensure its continuously up to date.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 8+ years’ experience in marketing within a top tier real estate or development company.
  • Experience in the luxury, UHNWI and HNWI sectors desired.
  • A proven track record in brand/creative development and execution in B2C essential and preferably B2B.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to drive employee engagement, development and performance.
  • Experience with and a good level of understanding of market research.
  • An understanding of media industry trends.
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original content.
