About the Role

  • Unique opportunity to join a team of strategic value advisors working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales teams.
  • Help Salesforce’s customers navigate AI led business transformation with Salesforce and Agentforce.
  • Act as a trusted advisor translating complex technology into clear business value for large enterprises.
  • Collaborate across pre sales, sales, operations, and professional services as a strategic bridge between customer vision and measurable outcomes.
  • Senior individual contributor role requiring strong influence, executive presence, and cross functional orchestration without formal reporting lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer workshops to identify pain points, clarify opportunities, and create collaborative business cases.
  • Identify high impact opportunities where Agentforce and autonomous agents can transform business processes.
  • Develop and present insight led points of view and investment justifications for senior executives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and thought leader for the Canadian organization.
  • Architect sophisticated commercial structures and value led proposals for Canadian customers.
  • Act as a business owner in partnership with Account Executives for Canadian accounts.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, value advisory, business value services, or similar value focused role within a major technology company.
  • Strong ability to build business cases and financial models demonstrating technology investment ROI.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders by simplifying complex ideas into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams around a common goal in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI, autonomous agents, and their practical business applications.
  • Generalist backgrounds welcome; experience or desire to learn about various industries valued.
  • Ability to navigate high stakes customer environments and complex negotiations with empathy and patience.

Education

  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor essential, MBA preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc. preferred).

Other

  • Language: English essential, French optional.

Compensation

  • For British Columbia based roles, base salary hiring range: CAD 141,050 to CAD 188,650.
  • For Ontario based roles, base salary hiring range: CAD 141,050 to CAD 188,650 annually.
  • Range represents base salary only; does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits.
