About the Role

  • This is a unique opportunity to join a team of strategic value advisors working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales teams.
  • You will help Salesforce’s customers navigate AI led business transformation with Salesforce and Agentforce.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong influence, executive presence, and the ability to orchestrate cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer workshops to identify pain points, clarify opportunities, and create collaborative business cases.
  • Identify high impact opportunities where Agentforce and autonomous agents can transform business processes.
  • Develop and present insight led points of view and investment justifications for senior executives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and thought leader for the Canadian organization.
  • Architect sophisticated commercial structures and value led proposals for Canadian customers.
  • Act as a business owner in partnership with Account Executives for Canadian accounts.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, business value services, or similar value focused role.
  • Strong ability to build business cases and financial models.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams around a common goal in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
  • A genuine interest in AI, autonomous agents, and practical ways these technologies are changing business models.
  • Generalist backgrounds are welcome; experience in or desire to learn about various industries is highly valued.
  • Ability to navigate high stakes customer environments with empathy, patience, and a focus on win win outcomes.

Education

  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor essential, MBA preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc. preferred)

Other

  • Language: English essential, French optional

Salary Range

  • For Ontario based roles, base salary hiring range is CAD 141,050 to CAD 188,650 annually.
  • Range represents base salary only; does not include bonus, incentive, equity, or benefits.
