Role Overview
The role leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high business impact.
The position contributes to engineering management for marine VCS, DP, power systems, drive controls, and advanced applications.
The selected candidate provides technical leadership aligned with the India region and partners with global P&Ls.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of complex projects and develop optimized control architectures.
- Ensure systems solutions are technically fit for purpose and technical risks are managed.
- Provide marine domain consulting to engineers and customers.
- Support technology roadmaps, proposal reviews, technical presentations, and customer requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with project management, sourcing, purchasing, and engineering teams.
- Support customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Help managers hire resources, close skill gaps, and develop engineering talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience.
