Role Overview
Senior IT Recruitment Consultant role focused on acquiring new clients and generating recruitment business across the US market.
The role develops a technology market and delivers specialist professionals across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new client accounts within the IT and technology market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Engage hiring managers, IT directors, heads of technology, and procurement teams.
- Arrange client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Negotiate terms of business, rates, and service agreements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Transition newly secured accounts to delivery and recruitment teams.
- Achieve and exceed new business revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in contract and permanent IT recruitment.
- Strong new business development and client acquisition skills.
- Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
