Role Overview
Lead paid acquisition for a fast-growing digital health and wellness business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC.
Own growth, revenue, and performance while remaining directly involved in campaign building, testing, and optimisation.
The role is for a hands-on performance marketer rather than someone focused only on agency management or distant strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and emerging performance channels.
- Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Build and manage campaigns directly within native advertising platforms.
- Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, bidding structures, and campaign frameworks.
- Work with creative teams to test ad formats, copy, video content, and conversion-focused creative.
- Build and optimise acquisition funnels, including WhatsApp customer journeys.
- Analyse performance data daily, identify bottlenecks, and scale successful campaigns.
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion issues.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 6 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience directly scaling paid acquisition campaigns with significant budgets.
- Current hands-on experience building, launching, and optimising campaigns personally.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Experience with Snapchat Ads and WhatsApp acquisition funnels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly analytical, commercially focused, and driven by measurable results.
