Join a high-growth fintech business expanding its commercial team in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on digital payments, financial innovation, corporate client acquisition, and commercial growth across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across Saudi Arabia.
- Build a pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence.
- Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding and customer experience.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales activity.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and Saudi financial services developments.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, FX, or financial services.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
- Strong new business development capability and independent opportunity generation.
- Experience selling financial services or technology solutions to corporate clients.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers in complex consultative sales cycles.
- Commercial acumen with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a target-focused environment.
