Candidate Profile

  • The employer seeks a proactive, hands-on, adaptable, customer-oriented, and collaborative infrastructure engineer.
  • The candidate should have 5+ years of experience building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience should include AWS CDK, CI/CD pipelines, logging, observability, internal tooling, and scalable systems.
  • Open source contribution experience is a bonus.

What You Will Do

  • Design scalable and reliable systems for high-volume document ingestion and AI-powered data pipelines.
  • Build telemetry, observability, and deployment workflows for enterprise customers and internal teams.
  • Help shape product direction and technology strategy rather than only taking tickets.
  • Work with clients on pitching, feature design, and feedback collection.
  • Set engineering standards, champion secure and scalable practices, and mentor future team members.
