A growing ServiceNow transformation consultancy is hiring a Senior Functional Consultant for its UK practice.
The client-facing role helps organisations improve service delivery, employee experience and operational efficiency through ServiceNow-enabled transformation.
The role is based in London with hybrid working.
Contract and compensation
- The role is permanent.
- Compensation is competitive and includes a bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Gather requirements, map current and future processes, and create user stories and functional specifications.
- Support ServiceNow solution design and delivery with architects, developers and project teams.
- Facilitate UAT and support adoption activities.
- Build trusted client relationships and drive continuous process improvement.
Required experience
- Experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Consultant or ServiceNow Consultant.
- ServiceNow experience across HRSD, CSM, ITSM or Employee Services.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Requirements gathering, process mapping, user story and backlog management experience.
- UAT planning and execution experience.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Desirable experience
- Shared Services experience.
- HR Operations or Employee Services exposure.
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

The role offers exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programmes and HR, Employee Services, Customer Service and Shared Service environments.
