The consultant supports managed-service clients and SAP ERP/S/4HANA projects, including implementations, enhancements and production support.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring ownership from initial discussion through resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the functional SME across SAP SuccessFactors, HCM/HR and Ariba.
- Gather and challenge client business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and enhance SAP solutions and manage issues, bugs, changes and new requirements through resolution.
- Support SAP ERP/S/4HANA projects and managed-service environments.
- Produce functional documentation and work with developers when technical development is needed.
- Lead client discussions, communicate delivery updates and drive assigned workstreams to completion.
Required experience
- Ideally 8 or more years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/HR and SAP Ariba experience.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR and procurement processes.
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement and production or application support.
- Strong requirements gathering and functional configuration experience.
- Ability to work independently and directly with clients.
Candidate profile
- Functional capability across both SuccessFactors/HCM and Ariba is the key requirement.
- The employer seeks a proactive, accountable consultant who understands business needs and communicates confidently with clients.
- UAE-based candidates able to work on-site and join quickly are strongly preferred.
Workplace
- The role is based in the UAE, with on-site work preferred.
