Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Development & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major new pharmaceutical warehouse development in Dubai.

This is a greenfield project, with the successful candidate taking ownership from design and concept through construction, fit-out, systems implementation, automation, commissioning and operational go-live.

You will act as the central point between internal stakeholders, external consultants, architects, contractors, technology providers and regulatory authorities, ensuring all workstreams are aligned and the project is delivered successfully against key milestones.

• Lead the project end-to-end from initial design through to operational go-live and optimisation
• Develop and manage the overall project plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, technology vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manage warehouse construction, fit-out and operational-readiness workstreams
• Manage regulatory, compliance and authority-approval requirements
• Support the design and implementation of WMS and wider systems integrations
• Assess opportunities for warehouse automation, robotics and advanced technologies
• Build commercial and ROI cases around automation and technology investment
• Ensure the facility and infrastructure are designed to support future expansion and automation
• Drive testing, commissioning, handover and successful operational readiness

• Strong experience delivering large-scale warehouse, distribution centre or logistics infrastructure projects
• Proven end-to-end project management experience across design, construction, fit-out and go-live
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare or another highly regulated industry background is highly desirable
• Understanding of regulated warehouse environments would be advantageous
• Experience with WMS, ERP and systems integration; Oracle exposure would be beneficial
• Strong vendor, contractor and senior stakeholder management skills
• Commercial understanding of CAPEX, investment cases and ROI
• UAE project experience and knowledge of local authorities and approval processes would be highly advantageous
