Lead complex digital transformation and technology initiatives in a collaborative environment.
Combine project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and governance.
Work across enterprise applications, automation, integrations, AI-enabled solutions, and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through go-live, stabilisation, and closure.
- Own scope, plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Gather requirements and maintain BRDs, business cases, user stories, process maps, and gap analyses.
- Manage RAID logs, change requests, reporting, and governance controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners against scope, milestones, SLAs, and deliverables.
- Prepare updates for senior management, steering committees, and executives.
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, training, adoption, hypercare, and transition to operations.
- Ensure security, audit, procurement, risk, and governance requirements are met.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years across IT and digital transformation project delivery.
- At least 5 years managing complex IT projects or cross-functional programmes.
- Strong end-to-end project or programme management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications, digital platforms, automation, integrations, AI-enabled solutions, or mobile applications.
- Strong business analysis, governance, RAID, reporting, risk, and change-control experience.
- Strong vendor management and experience with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting organisational change, user adoption, training, and operational transition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- A Master’s degree and relevant PMP, Agile, or Business Analysis certifications are advantageous.
