Role overview
This is an immediate six-month Portfolio Manager engagement based in Dubai, UAE.
The role oversees a portfolio of non-integrated businesses across multiple industries.
Role responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership to monitor performance.
- Drive value creation and support operational transformation.
- Support M&A processes and potential exit activity.
- Evaluate and improve businesses across multiple sectors.
- Work directly with CEOs and senior management teams.
- Provide board-level reporting and develop performance frameworks.
Required experience
- Bring experience in portfolio management and investment oversight.
- Have experience in value creation or operational transformation.
- Have experience with M&A processes, including valuation, SPAs, SHAs, and transaction execution.
- Have experience producing board-level reporting and performance frameworks.
- Have experience working directly with CEOs and senior management teams.
- Have experience evaluating and improving businesses across multiple sectors.
