Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-powered applications in a managed AI development environment.
• Design scalable backend services and APIs with FastAPI and Python.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React, Node.js, or Django.
• Configure and optimize Generative AI, LLM, and AI agent solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Follow software development, security, coding, and quality best practices.
• Provide approximately five hours of overlap with US-based teams through 1:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Own assigned projects from development through delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack experience.
• Hands-on FastAPI experience for backend development and API implementation.
• Experience with at least one of React, Node.js, or Django.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing scalable production-ready web applications.
• Strong programming, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• AI/ML application development, deployment, or integration experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with LLM services, vector databases, agent frameworks, or modern AI technologies is preferred.
• Customer-facing, consulting, or stakeholder-driven experience is advantageous.
• Cloud-based development environment familiarity is beneficial.
• Domino AI platform experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
