Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile trading revenue streams including spread income, commissions, swap charges, and IB payouts.
• Support SCA, VAT/FTA, and other regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Classify revenue and expense items for VAT and e-invoicing compliance.
• Coordinate with Trading, Dealing Desk, and Data/Platform teams on financial data flows.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and transfer-pricing documentation.
• Monitor liquidity provider and prime broker fee structures.
• Contribute to Finance process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and prepare senior-management reports.
• Support audits and maintain accurate records under internal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
• At least five years of financial reporting experience is required, ideally in FX/CFD brokerage.
• Experience with CFD and crypto reporting, including transaction classification, is required.
• Strong VAT and financial-services regulatory reporting knowledge is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills are required.
• The role requires cross-functional work with Trading, Compliance, Audit, Client Services, and Data/Platform teams.
