Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement financial strategy covering long-term planning, capital allocation, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics and provide decision-making recommendations.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization with other departments.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and other external partners.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and oversee the finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Experience in an FX or CFD brokerage environment is preferred.
• An MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Candidates should be able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
