Role Overview

Join the Quantitative Dealing team as a Senior Data Analyst owning business-critical reporting, analytics, and internal data applications.

The role supports Dealing, Management, Finance, and other business functions through reliable and continuously improving reporting workflows.

The position requires independent ownership of investigations, solution design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.

Candidates should be comfortable with complex business and system events and ideally have FX, CFD, or brokerage experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve reports, analytics, and internal data applications.
  • Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues through reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
  • Use Python and SQL to process, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Develop reporting workflows, analytical processes, and internal tools.
  • Work with AWS Glue, Data Catalog, Athena, and related data infrastructure.
  • Document reporting logic, business rules, data lineage, and technical processes.
  • Provide insights on trading and operational data and review dealing or risk methodologies when needed.
  • Apply AI-driven tools to client profiling, reporting, and analytical workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5+ years in data analytics, reporting analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Mandatory experience in FX, CFD, brokerage, trading, or financial-markets environments.
  • Working proficiency in Python and good SQL skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining production reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
  • Strong attention to detail, data-validation discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MT4 and MT5 databases and trading data structures.
  • Experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
  • Familiarity with AWS Glue, AWS Data Catalog, and Amazon Athena.
  • Exposure to AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or EventBridge.
  • Knowledge of dealing operations, liquidity, risk management, P&L reporting, or brokerage workflows.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine-learning concepts or hands-on experience applying AI tools to reporting and client analytics.
