About the Role
ADNOC Distribution is hiring a Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Program Manager) to manage cost-effective maintenance improvement programs, develop maintenance policies and standards, and lead a center of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the company’s maintenance policy, framework and standards are updated and continually improved
- Lead division wide programs to implement sustainable improvements of maintenance activities
- Introduce processes to consolidate and continually evaluate maintenance costs against benchmarks
- Support development and implementation of appropriate division policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls
- Establish a coherent, accurate reporting system for maintenance performance
- Develop division Key Performance Indicators and ensure proper cascade of performance objectives
- Lead implementation of performance management system for individuals within the maintenance division
- Develop consistent long and short term operational plans for the division
- Lead development and improvement of the division’s maintenance management systems
- Coordinate the division’s annual budget and monitor expenditure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Technical Qualification
- 8 years of experience in Maintenance in an Oil & Gas industry, including 4 years of engineering experience
- Knowledge on CMMS – SAP eAM, Business Analytics and related software
- Knowledge in maintenance auditing and inspection
- Mastery of methods, systems and techniques relevant to maintenance excellence
- Knowledge of applicable and relevant standards and industry best practices
- Sound knowledge of HSE principles and their application relevant to Oil & Gas industry

Job Purpose
- Manage the review, design, and implementation of cost effective maintenance improvement programs in the division.
- Support the development of maintenance policies, standards, processes and systems across maintenance departments.
- Manage a division wise centre of excellence to assure company assets are effectively and efficiently maintained throughout their asset lifecycle.
