LanceSoft Middle East is hiring a Senior Design Manager for a construction opportunity in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages multidisciplinary design activities from concept through construction and coordinates project design stakeholders.
Location and Workplace
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
- The position is onsite.
Contract and Availability
- The role is a contract position for 12+ months.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods of up to 30 days are sought.
Experience and Requirements
- The position requires 10–15 years of experience.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities involving architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong UAE/GCC major-project experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary design activities from concept through construction.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Review design submissions and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor design programme, deliverables, and approvals.
- Manage design coordination, interfaces, and technical risks.
