Processor opportunity with LanceSoft Middle East in Dubai.
The role is a four-month contract and is onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage POS terminal preparation and configuration, including software loading, parameter setup, key injection, and readiness checks.
- Process repaired or faulty terminals through segregation, tracking, vendor coordination, quality verification, and return-to-stock procedures.
- Provide terminal maintenance and e-commerce support, including hardware and software troubleshooting and gateway configuration updates.
- Handle terminal fulfillment, dispatch, inventory control, documentation, security, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Follow operating procedures accurately and verify terminal setups, documentation, and inventory updates.
- Manage daily operational tasks efficiently, meet turnaround times, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle devices, perform simple troubleshooting, and follow setup and configuration instructions.
- Work effectively with colleagues, vendors, and support teams while providing clear operational updates.
