Job Description
- Perform hands-on order-to-cash billing, invoicing, and period-end activities.
- Apply billing controls, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documentation standards.
- Reconcile source requests to invoices and investigate exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and produce operational reporting.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Use Oracle ERP billing modules and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Manage billing controls, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Perform source-request to invoice reconciliation and exception investigation.
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with order-to-cash billing, invoicing, and period-end activities.
- Experience with billing controls, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP billing modules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience reconciling source requests to invoices and investigating exceptions.
- Experience with accurate record keeping and operational reporting.
